Doug and his wife Rachel live on a family farm in Miami Township. He has served as a Board Supervisor since 2010. They have two children: Brooke is in graduate school at North Carolina State, and Mitchel is a graduate of Ohio University. Doug is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture. He is employed by Cargill as the Nutrition /Formulation lead for Provimi U.S. in Brookville, Ohio. Doug has served Greene SWCD since 2010.
Why do you want to be a GSWCD Board Member? “It is vital to everyone that we continue to protect our most valuable resources, soil and water. If re-elected, I will do my part to make sure the protection of these two resources continues for generations to come.”
