Scott lives on a family farm in Caesarcreek Township. He is a no-till farmer and has been practicing conservation tillage on all crops for over 30 years. He has been using cover crops for over 5 years and continues to add acreage every year to this endeavor. He owns Harner Farm Drainage and performs various drainage installation in Greene and surrounding counties, he has owned the business for over 25 years. Scott has two children, Ben and Sarah, both were very active in 4-H and FFA.
Scott is a Farm Bureau Member. Scott has served Greene SWCD since 2009.
